“Just want to say a big thank you for everything you have been doing whilst Shelter in Place has been in effect! We adopted Mia (formerly Carrot) from you on May 15th, We submitted a form without seeing a photo of her or meeting her due to SIP – all I had was her health records and a 2-page pdf about her temperament, which we thought were essentially the most important things. She’s made me and my partner so happy! Really was such an easy process all things considered. Big thanks to all the staff for making it such a seamless transition.”
