At Joybound, we recognize the profound impact that animals can have on the lives of military Veterans and servicemembers. The companionship, loyalty, and unconditional love of a pet can provide comfort, purpose, and healing. We’re proud to offer programs designed to connect Veterans with adoptable animals, provide resources for pet care, and strengthen the human-animal bond. Whether you’re looking for a new best friend, need assistance caring for a pet, or want to experience the therapeutic benefits of animal companionship, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Services are offered solely for dogs and cats, with a limit of two pets per household per clinic date and a maximum of six pets per Veteran total.
These free clinic services are offered by appointment only. For information or to schedule an appointment, please call (925) 296-3125 (select option 7) and leave a message. Please note: in order to continue serving our current patients while accommodating new requests, we are scheduling a limited number of new clients each week. Thank you for your understanding and support!
