Halloween Fun for the Whole Family

Thank you to everyone who attended Joybound’s 2026 Howl & Meow-o-ween Fest on Friday, October 30! More than 550 guests joined us for an evening of Halloween fun designed for the whole family, including those family members on four legs. We loved welcoming so many pets, kids, families, and friends to celebrate with us here in Walnut Creek.

Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed trick-or-treating for pets and kids, hands-on crafts and games, pumpkin decorating, a Halloween photo booth, treats, shopping in Joybound’s BOO-tique, raffles, visits with Pet Hug Pack therapy animals, family-friendly Halloween cartoons, and plenty of creative costumes. Joybound’s community events like this give neighbors a chance to come together, connect with one another, and celebrate the bond between people and pets. As Joybound continues to serve pets and families throughout our community, we’re grateful for opportunities like these to open our doors, create welcoming experiences, and build connections with the people who make our work possible.
