Meet Winston, the sweetest, most affectionate dog you’ll ever meet! He’s a leaner who craves human companionship and will be happiest lounging by your side. Winston loves to snuggle and is used to sleeping in bed with his people.

He’s a playful boy with a lot of energy—he can run like the wind! Great with other dogs, especially larger ones, though he may take a little time to establish friendships. He thrives in a home with another dog for companionship.

Winston is great with kids, though he may give a gentle warning if he’s pulled on too much, never showing real aggression. He can also get along with cats, with slow, proper introductions (but he does have a chase reflex).

While he’s potty-trained, Winston does have separation anxiety and can be destructive when left alone. Having another dog around helps him feel more secure. He may also show some leash aggression, but he responds well to a gentle leader.

Winston needs a loving home where he can feel safe, get plenty of exercise, and enjoy being with his people. Could he be the perfect addition to your family?
