2 years old, 7 pounds, Berkeley.

Like the Japanese rice cake she’s named after, Mochi is a sweet little treat that we can’t get enough of! As soon as you greet her, this 2-year-old tabby girl transforms into a rolly-poly fluff ball who revels in your affection, purring up a storm, rolling around to show her delight, and inviting you to rub her soft belly. She’s also an expert baker, making air biscuits while she’s laying on her back and marching biscuits while she stands. You won’t be able to resist giving this adorable girl all the affection she craves.

Mochi is hoping to find a gentle and patient person to love and a calm, cat-free home to call her own. She shared her previous home with other cats, and honestly, it kind of stressed her out. Mochi is shy and anxious but extremely affectionate and food motivated! She’s very easy to handle and never bites. She needs someone patient who can provide the best care for her. Mochi is better off as a solo cat, where she can be the center of attention and showered with love.
